Swingaxle Gearbox Reconditioned 1500 Beetle AA3903093
Gearbox has been fully disassembled and the internals inspected and replaced if required
Everything was cleaned and 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th syncros were replaced with new parts
3rd and 4th gears sets were welded and ground
Machine and fit 3/4 rail thrust plug
Pinion bearing replaced with new FAG part
New Mainshaft Bearing
Differential clearances reset
The box was reassembled and the selectors were reset
All new seals, o-rings and gaskets
